We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team for a project in the banking sector. This hybrid role requires to travel to the client's location twice a week.

Business Analyst (m/f)

Your day-to-day would look like:

Contributing to application solution development and collaborating with business users and the development team.
Collecting, managing, and analyzing client or user requirements for IT systems.
Performing detailed business system analysis, specifying requirements for both business users and the development team.
Proactively assessing the impact of new requirements on existing systems.
Supporting the technical development team in interpreting requirements and resolving issues.
Defining criteria for successful customer delivery, functional tests, and collaborating on their implementation.
Participating in the development of user documentation and ensuring continuous quality and customer satisfaction.

You fit this position if you have:

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking industry.
Advanced knowledge of business analysis methods and tools.
Proficiency in the methodology of the development process.
Basic understanding of software systems.
Familiarity with methodologies and tools for business process modelling and managing customer requirements.
Excellent English skills (minimum B2 level) - both written and spoken.
