HR & Facility Assistant (m/f)

What would you do?

Provide administrative support in HR processes, including personnel files, contracts, and documentation.
Assist with facility administration and compliance in occupational safety and environmental protection.
Support the HR Manager in preparing reports, drafting documents, and establishing processes.
Collaborate with the Facility Specialist and occasionally assist in smaller maintenance tasks (e.g., assembling furniture, replacing fixtures).
Assist with procurement of office supplies, workwear, and equipment.
Participate in employee events, team buildings, and employer branding activities.
Ensure smooth daily operations with flexibility, a positive attitude, and attention to detail.

Who are we looking for?

A communicative, approachable, and adaptable individual who enjoys working with people.
Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel – you know your way around formulas or how to “Google your way” to a solution.
Comfortable using English in both written and spoken communication.
Educational background is flexible: technical orientation is a plus due to facility-related tasks, while social sciences are equally welcome.
Someone who enjoys variety – from administrative tasks to event support, and who doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves when needed.
