Warehouse and Logistics Specialist (m/f)

We are looking for a Warehouse and Logistics Specialist to join our growing team, on-site in Zagreb. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to develop their off their career in a technical environment, apply their organizational and analytical skills, and grow alongside a team supporting the production of some of the most advanced robotics systems out there. You'll be keeping the flow of materials and products running smoothly - from receiving, checking, and recording incoming goods (sensors, motors, and other robotics components) to managing shipments, customs documentation, and the inventory accuracy that our production and colleagues rely on. Responsibilities we’ll trust you with: - receiving, processing, and signing goods - basic quality control of incoming goods - keeping records of incoming and outgoing goods - issuance of goods to internal teams for various purposes - ensuring the accuracy and consistency of information with actual stocks of goods daily - assignment and correction of item numbers in accordance with the Gideon nomenclature - conducting regular inventory controls on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis - organizing, coordinating, and overseeing the shipment of materials and products (from/within Croatia) - preparing documentation and cooperating with external logistic vendors - developing, implementing, and continually optimizing logistics processes and tools to improve efficiency and minimize costs - managing customs procedures and relevant customs reporting (Intrastat) - maintaining, controling, and ensuring the accuracy of data within the ERP system, facilitating smooth operations across departments - proposing new methods, tools, and systems to increase the efficiency of warehouse processes - acting as a mentor and coach for other team members

Your area of expertise: - high school or university in a technical or administrative field - min. 2 years of relevant experience - knowledge of warehouse processes and administration - excellent English skills, especially in writing - good knowledge of MS Office - detail-oriented and highly organized individual - proactivity and conscientiousness in maintaining the work environment - valid driver's license (category B) Bonus points: - experience in a technical, robotics, or industrial automation environment
