Site Manager (m/f)

We are looking for a new colleague to join our young and dynamic team, to implement exciting projects: Site Manager (m/f). What You’ll Do: - Overseeing and managing construction projects from planning to completion - Scheduling work and coordinating resources - Maintaining communication with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers - Ensuring compliance with quality assurance and safety regulations - Managing the project budget and preparing reports - Solving on-site issues and ensuring deadlines are met - Participation in the technical hand-over. - Participation in the granting of authorisation for placing in service.

What We’re Looking For: - Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management - At least 3-5 years of professional experience in construction management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in MS Office and construction software - Valid driver's license (Category B) - Functions effectively as part of a team - Strong written, communication, and problem-solving skills - General understanding of industry ability to always maintain discretion and confidentiality - Ready and willing to learn new skills to enhance their career growth Language skills: - Business English language skills Applications should be sent via application link.
