Key Responsibilities
- Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate personnel files and update HRIS systems
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure smooth exit processes
-Employee Support: Respond to inquiries on HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- HR Documentation: Update job descriptions, organizational charts, and HR records
- Projects & Programs: Assist with HR initiatives, surveys, events, and mentorship programs
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency and employee experience
