We are currently seeking a person for the position:

Junior Customer Support Specialist (m/f)

Location: Zagreb

Job description:

Ongoing customer support in assigned markets,
Entering orders into the SAP system and tracking orders until loading,
Solving complaints,
Implementation of budget (turnover + margin), KPI, sales and new products,
Telephone and e-mail communication with clients in the assigned markets, with logistics operator, transport companies,
Preparation of commercial documentation,
Participation in official meetings, negotiations, fairs,
Visits to customers in assigned market,
Informing clients about receivables and, if necessary, informing superiors about the need to take action to collect receivables,
Cooperation with other departments of the company to ensure adequate customer support,
Support of the Department in the field of marketing activities,
Performing other tasks of a superior person in accordance with the duties performed.

What we expect from you:

Experience in sales support / customer service.
Customer oriented attitude (Interest in working in a client-facing, business-oriented capacity).
English language knowledge is a must.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good computer skills (especially MS Excel).
Driver's license.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Romanian, Hungarian, Italian, Bulgarian, Albanian, Polish and/or Greek language would be considered as an advantage.
Experience with SAP/IFS System, Tableau.
