Job description
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and potential
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job ads to extending offers of employment
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various sourcing methods
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience
- Collaborate with HR team members on onboarding and orientation processes
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Required education, knowledge and skills
- Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a corporate setting
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion in recruitment efforts
