Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Relationship Management: Cultivate deep, strategic relationships with key accounts, ensuring alignment with their long-term goals and ICERTIAS’s strategic direction. Your primary focus will be on fostering partnerships that are mutually beneficial and enduring.
Customized Solutions Development: Employ a consultative sales approach to understand the intricate needs of key accounts, developing and proposing customized solutions that address these needs while also aligning with our strategic objectives.
High-Level Negotiations: Lead negotiations with key stakeholders, crafting terms that ensure long-term value for both the client and ICERTIAS. Your skill in negotiating contracts will play a critical role in securing long-term commitments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive approach to account management. Your ability to lead cross-functional efforts will be key to implementing effective account strategies.
Market Insight and Strategy: Leverage market insights and a deep understanding of industry trends to inform strategic planning and decision-making. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth within key accounts and anticipating future needs.
Performance and Satisfaction Monitoring: Continuously monitor and evaluate the health of key accounts, employing metrics and feedback to ensure high levels of satisfaction and to identify areas for strategic improvement.

What We Are Looking For:

The ideal candidate for the Strategic Account Executive role is a seasoned professional with a strategic mindset and a proven track record in managing key accounts within a global B2B sales environment. Additional qualifications include:

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in strategic account management or business development, with a strong preference for experience in market research, certification, or related industries.
Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives and decision-makers.
A strategic thinker with outstanding analytical abilities, capable of navigating complex business challenges and identifying long-term opportunities.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing account strategies that have resulted in significant revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English; additional language skills are highly desirable.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and cultures, with a proven record of leading cross-functional initiatives to successful outcomes.
