Job description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development & Key Accounts Manager to drive growth across the European EPC and Utilities sector. This role combines strategic business development, technical-commercial leadership, and high-level account management. You will play a key part in expanding our market presence, strengthening relationships with major partners, and delivering consistent revenue growth across the EU. Role Responsibilities - Identify and engage new contractors, customers, and strategic partners. - Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. - Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity. - Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives. - Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. - Utilize CRM tools for forecasting, reporting, and tracking sales performance. - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions. Location: Varaždin, Gornje Vratno, 70% of traveling.

Required education, knowledge and skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field. - 7-10+ years of experience in business development and key account management within the EPC or Utilities sector. - Strong technical knowledge of electrical components and instrumentation products. - Familiarity with European compliance standards, directives, and certification processes. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. - Self-driven mindset with the ability to work autonomously across multiple markets. - Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently across the EU.
