Job description

We are a looking for an individual with hands on mindset and help us in our mission to make access to payments convenient and affordable for global consumers. We are looking for an addition to our Croatian office who will be supporting our ATM network at the region of Splitsko-dalmatinska županija. - First line maintenance of ATMs, training will be provided - Performing small repairs in the ATM, maintaining cleanliness of ATMs and visual presentations functional and in line with guidelines - Performing audits on the ATM status - Communicating with internal and external suppliers (Maintenance, Installation, CIT Cash in transit companies, Security, etc.)

Required education, knowledge and skills

- Preferably with technical studies/technical high school - Readiness to travel and spend time in the field - Experience in providing support to ATM or other segments field engineers or to CIT (Cash in transit) companies will be considered as an advantage - Good communication skills - Flexible to adapt to new circumstances and projects - Proactive - Oriented to teamwork - Must be eligible to work in EU
