Payroll Specialist (m/f)

Our Croatia office is growing, and we are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our Payroll department in Zagreb. Job description: - Process monthly payroll & payments to employees / authorities / clients - Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements - Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to regulatory authorities - Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters - Coordinate with software provider to prepare specific reports at regular intervals according to client requests - Monitoring the changes in legislative concerning the payroll

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant professional qualification will also be considered - English proficiency at B2 level or higher - 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in accounting, HR, or a related field - Previous experience working for an international or multinational company will be considered an advantage - Excellent communication, analytical and organization skills
