About the role
We are currently looking for an Office Manager who will ensure smooth day-to-day operations across our offices and provide strong support to our teams and management. This role is essential for keeping our work environment efficient, comfortable, and well-organized.

Office Manager (m/f)

Your main responsibilities will include:

Coordinating occupational health and safety activities with external consultants
Managing the company vehicle fleet and related documentation (insurance, registration, servicing)
Monitoring and procuring office supplies, equipment, and consumables
Organizing travel arrangements and business events
Supervising office maintenance, repairs, and collaboration with service providers
Providing administrative support to departments and management
Handling vendor contracts and negotiations for office-related services
Managing office budgets and expense tracking
Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a positive office environment for employees

What we’re looking for:

Minimum high school diploma and 1+ years of experience in office management or similar roles
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools
Driving license (B category)
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
