Procurement Specialist (m/f)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Specialist at Profil Klett Hrvatska in Zagreb. The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day procurement operations, including but not limited to: Role Description: - Active participation in procurement processes of public procurement tenders - Conducts procurement activities in accordance with defined procedures and guidelines - Coordinates communication with suppliers, printers and internal departments - Searching for best offers and finding new suppliers - Management of administrative tasks within the department - Record keeping and documentation archiving - Preparation of reports and presentations as needed

- Minimum secondary education - Experience in procurement or administration work (minimum 2 years) - Ability in organization and multitasking - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of administrative procedures - Knowledge of working on a computer and MS Office package with an emphasis on Excel - Ability to work in a dynamic environment and teamwork - Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and problem solving skills - Fluency in Croatian and English
