We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will fully use their knowledge, experience, and expertise to further improve our customer services by serving our clients and partners more efficiently and with stronger focus on their needs. Working with other colleagues from the Customer Service Department and the Development and Quality Assurance teams, you will:
- Provide support, installation, and training services to users of AdriaScan software solutions
- Receive, record, analyse, and resolve AdriaScan’s clients’ requests for assistance and/or additional information
- Gather AdriaScan clients’ feedback and share it with other relevant AdriaScan personnel
- Create new and update existing documentation and instructions on the use of AdriaScan software solutions.
You will also have agile mindset with a clear focus on company’s clients, products, and goals, willing to learn and to apply newly acquired knowledge to improve your and your colleagues’ work results.
