- Performs all general day-to-day activities and administrative support in order to support company’s operations
- Ensure effective telephone and mail communication (internally and externally)
- Manages the receptions area (greets visitors, receives and relays messages, collects and distributes post)
- Procurement of office supplies
- Receives and inputs invoices into the system
