We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who will contribute to our company by providing administrative support to our employees. Why is this job exciting? As an Administrative Assistant, you will support business objectives by: - Providing a wide range of administrative and office support to employees, in order to facilitate day-to-day efficient operations of the company - Performing receptionist duties What are the Key Responsibilities? - Performs all general day-to-day activities and administrative support in order to support company’s operations - Ensure effective telephone and mail communication (internally and externally) - Manages the receptions area (greets visitors, receives and relays messages, collects and distributes post) - Procurement of office supplies - Receives and inputs invoices into the system

Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine

We are looking for someone who has: - At least 2 years of experience in administrative job - Good knowledge of English language - Advanced organisational skills - Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
