Responsibilities:
- Manage the full life cycle recruitment process from kick-off to offer
- Create and implement various talent sourcing methods globally for each opening (online job ad campaigns, direct sourcing, internal referrals, social media, etc.)
- Collaborate with the hiring managers to ensure a top-notch hiring experience both for the team and for the candidate
- Build our employer brand to attract top talent and ensure our talent pipeline is always replenished
- Contribute to talent acquisition strategy by making suggestions for process improvements and measuring your success with the relevant KPI's
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices, provide guidance to hiring teams on best practices related to interviewing and hiring
- Partner with the People team and take part in ad-hoc projects and initiatives
