You’ll be part of a dynamic and professional HR Technology & Analytics Team and work closely with managers and other stakeholders across our European organization. You’ll be powering the HR Technology & Analytics Team As an HR Master Data Specialist, you’ll join an open and sharing community with highly skilled colleagues. You will be responsible for timely and professional support to internal clients and have a highly professional approach in problem-solving within the HR Master Data domain. Your success will be determined not just by your qualification and professional acumen, but from the experience, you bring and your personality and ambition to make a difference. Your key responsibilities are: - Drive data quality in SAP HR-OM by managing, organising, storing as well as accessing the information - Drive quality in daily processes regarding data collection, editing and distributing of HR-OM and CO Master Data (CO: Cost Centre and Profit Centre Master Data) - Drive processes of data collection and update of HR-OM in organisational changes - Create, update and terminate HR-OM data accordingly (by larger organisational changes) to instructions from HR Directors - Recommend and execute new standards and procedures for managing Master Data - Provide support and expertise regarding HR-OM and CO (Cost Centre and Profit Centre Master Data) in SAP - Participate in synergy, integration or other types of projects - Build general HR reports to support the HR Business Partners or Management

Your professional qualifications include: - High school or higher professional education - Advanced knowledge of SAP processes and Master Data in SAP HR-OM and FI-CO - Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel - General knowledge about HR Processes and how to use HR Data to create insight and efficiency in HR processes - Knowledge of data hierarchies - Knowledge of data protection and protection of privacy - General knowledge and usage of IT resources - High proficiency in English, both written and spoken as our Business language is English On a personal side, you are hands-on and able to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
