As a Technical Lead in the Architecture department, you'll join an open and sharing community with highly skilled colleagues. This is a complex role, and we are looking for a person with strong software development background who will closely work with development teams in order to implement new features and functionalities according to application architecture design set by Application Architects, a person capable to maintain in-depth knowledge of the application’s technology and architecture, but also to communicate architectural decisions, plans, goals and strategies towards development teams. Your main objective will be to facilitate the development of new features and functionalities according to application design, define and maintain low-level design technical documentation and support application architects in the software design process.

Ideally, you have a university degree in information technology or adequate professional education with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Your professional qualifications include: - High proficiency in English, both written and spoken as our Business language is English - Agile software development methodology (ideally SAFe) - Very good teamwork capability - Knowledge of databases, PL/SQL, .NET, C#, Java - General knowledge of credit card management business On a personal side, you are hands-on and able to adapt to a fast-changing environment. You can stand your ground when needed and able to deliver high quality under tight deadlines. You should have strong analytical, structured and problem-solving skills and be a strong communicator.
