The Technical & Service Engineer will carry out defined pre-sales product & technical training connected to all heating and cooling solutions category products. Takes customer enquiries and complaints, provides information and troubleshoots problems locally.
The role is based partly in our Zagreb Office (40%) and partly in the field: Croatia, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Serbia (60%).
Job description:
- General technical support to our distributors and project-engineers in the field of air conditioning systems and heat pumps
- Incident and problem analysis (mostly by phone and email)
- Support to find solution of daily market, installer issues
- Through helping partners, installers with daily technical questions, increase the efficiency of the local team - Preparation of technical specifications and quotations. Support to find solution of daily market, installer issues - Technical monitoring and analysis of competitors
- Preparation of technical documentations, sales and training materials and project studies
- Train partners to use the continuously improving Panasonic service tools
- Through the efficient support, allow the team to develop partner, installer, key account relations on long term
