At Corelion, we are helping people who are in the business of caring for others. Together with our U.S.-based partner company, Creative Tech, we provide technical support, expertise, and resources to healthcare facilities all over the USA. We’ve been on the frontline of the nursing home market for decades, planning, setting up and supporting their entire infrastructure, from desktop to data-centers, and everything in between. Even the smallest thing we do can create a world of difference for our clients.
In our People Operations team, people development and satisfaction are central to everything we do. We're committed to creating an enjoyable work environment that supports and fosters professional growth. We work closely with individuals and teams to understand their needs and design processes that make work more meaningful and sustainable. Our goal is to build a culture where people feel seen and supported.
We're seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our Croatian People Operations team and take full ownership of the HR function for our partner company, Creative Tech, in the U.S. This is a hands-on role supporting a team of 35+ employees - ideal for someone who enjoys building processes, solving problems, and making things happen.
You'll be responsible for leading and supporting People Operations efforts for the US office, in alignment with Corelion's People Ops strategies. While priorities may evolve, your key focus areas will include:
- HR Partnership & Collaboration - Work closely with Corelion and Creative Tech leadership to understand business needs and shape People Ops strategies that fit the U.S. context
- Core HR Processes - Own and execute essential People Ops functions for the U.S. office, including recruitment, onboarding, job design, performance management, and employee engagement
- Culture & Alignment - Help foster a cohesive and inclusive culture by aligning People Ops practices between the U.S. and Croatian offices
- Employee Relations - Act as the primary HR contact for US-based employees, offering guidance, resolving concerns, and supporting a positive employee experience
- Administrative work - Take care of various HR administrative tasks related to the employee lifecycle - such as maintaining employee records in our HR software, handling onboarding logistics, supporting documentation processes, etc.
- Manager Support & Training - Provide guidance to US managers and collaborate on cross-office training and development initiatives to support leadership growth
- Process Improvement - Continuously assess and improve People Ops processes in collaboration with the wider team, ensuring efficiency and responsiveness to employee needs
