Opis posla
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Compliance Legal Specialist to join our Compliance and Regulatory team. You will be responsible for regulatory legal tasks, including regulation monitoring and analyses, documentation drafting, and providing legal support to other divisions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct analyses of local and EU financial services regulations and provide insights into their impact on Company’s operations
- Conduct legal research to assist in business initiatives
- Prepare, review and draft contractual and regulatory documentation, ensuring their accuracy and alignment with regulatory requirements
- Manage and organize documentation efficiently
- Handle partner onboarding processes, including KYB checks and contract management
- Provide support to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to address legal and regulatory queries and provide support
- Collaborate with external consultants and law firms in international business matters
- Provide legal and regulatory support for international market expansion activities
- Prepare regular reports on compliance activities and legal matters to senior management
- Manage day-to-day legal compliance operations efficiently

Qualifications you bring:
- Law degree
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in compliance or legal roles, preferably within the regulated financial services industry
- Bonus points for experience in AML/CFT regulatory framework
- Knowledge of local and EU regulations
- Experience in drafting contracts and legal documentation
- Ability to manage internal processes and documentation
- Excellent communication skills, with professional fluency in English
- Ability to work in a team and with a certain level of independence
