The Bar Manager oversees the bar staff and operations by making sure it’s clean, well organize and functioning efficiently. Their main duties include controlling the orders, staff duties and organization, complete functioning of the bar and storage, ensuring the bar’s inventory is well-stocked.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver bar services of exceptional quality that increase customer satisfaction
- Managing the business aspects of the bar, such as taking inventory and reordering supplies, ordering purchase, monitoring storage
- Creating effective stocks
- Ensure that bar is well staffed and well equiped
- Setting and enforcing quality and safety controls
- Planning and taking part in promotional events
- Maintaining a fun, safe atmosphere for the clients as well as for the direct team
- Oversee all operational and administrative aspects of the bar
- Motivate the team to deliver a seamless and efficient standard of service
- Enforce and monitor that all operational standards, SOP and quality measures are in place at all times
- Work closely with the Managment team to proactively execute events and promotions
- Perform other duties as requested by the Management team
