Opis posla

We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Group Financial Controller & Administrator to join our core team at 6S Entertainment. In this role, you will be responsible for producing financial reports, coordinating controlling activities, and ensuring accurate financial documentation and administrative compliance across all country operations. This is a operational role ideal for an experienced finance professional who is personally involved in preparing reports, managing budgets, and handling cross-border accounting coordination. Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting & Operations: - Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow statements) for each country and consolidated group reporting - Ensure accurate and timely entries: accounts payable, receivable, journal entries, bank reconciliations - Coordinate closely with external accountants in each country to gather, validate, and align financial data - Manage and track intercompany transactions, ensuring proper documentation and compliance Controlling & Budget Monitoring: - Assist in budget creation and forecasting for each market - Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget), monitor expenditures, and flag financial risks - Consolidate and summarize financial data for internal reporting and leadership decision-making Administrative & Compliance Support: - Maintain accurate and organized financial, legal, and administrative documentation for each entity - Support operational admin tasks: insurance, contracts, rental agreements, payroll inputs, and compliance records - Ensure compliance with internal control policies Cross-Country Financial Coordination: - Act as the central financial link between HQ in Croatia and local accounting teams and external partners in each market - Standardize reporting practices, accounting classifications, and document formats across countries - Ensure alignment with both local legislation and group-level policies

Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in financial reporting, controlling, and administration - Proven ability to independently prepare and analyze financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) - Experience working with external accountants across multiple countries and international entities is highly desirable - Strong operational knowledge of business solutions/ERP systems (SAP, Odoo etc.) - Excellent Excel skills and attention to numerical detail - Fluent in English (written and spoken) - Able to manage multiple deadlines, markets, and data sources simultaneously - Familiarity with the financial and regulatory environment in at least one of our active countries (CZ, RO, IT, ES) is a plus Your Profile: - Operationally strong and results-driven — you take ownership of financial data and deliver accurate reporting on time - Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working independently with numbers and documents - Highly organized, structured, and detail-focused - Excellent communicator able to work across departments and borders - Thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
