How you will make your Mark: - Manage and maintain relationships with key account customers (C&I installers), ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships - Proactively acquire and develop new customers based on their specific needs - Provide technical advice and for existing clients in the trade, industry, and utility sectors - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align strategies and ensure customer success - Analyze customer needs, recommend products, and deliver technical presentations in a clear and compelling manner - Build relationships with new PV clients and installers, offering technical expertise and training - Support the Channel/Tier2 Manager in achieving sales targets and securing orders - Plan and execute marketing initiatives and events in collaboration with the marketing team

Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine

Hard Facts & Soft Skills: - Must-Have: electrical engineering education - Nice-To-Have: experience in technical sales or similar positions - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts - Willingness to travel for client meetings, training, and industry events - Familiarity with the renewable energy industry, particularly PV technology, is preferred - Fluent in Croatian, with good knowledge of English
