We have an open position for

EMPLOYEE FOR IT AND FACILITY SUPPORT (M/F)

at RIT CROATIA campus in ZAGREB

Applicant profile:

Minimum 1 year of experience in helpdesk or office IT support
Basic knowledge in networking, networking equipment and security
Ability to install, configure and tune up office workstations and classroom equipment
Ability to autonomously identify, address and solve issues with various applications, devices and systems
Experience with MacOS environment preferable
Experience with facility management is an advantage but not a requirement

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Configuration and maintenance of office workstations
Configuration and maintenance of classroom AV equipment
Providing continuous technical support to faculty, staff and students
Providing remote support in break/fix scenarios
Organizing and supervising 3rd party vendors for facility repairs and maintenance
Organizing and supervising the work of cleaning staff and student workers
Cost assessment and purchasing of all electronic equipment
Other administrative duties

creating and monitoring work schedules for student workers,
administering student contracts,
budget monitoring,
maintaining physical equipment inventory,
supervising facility maintenance works,
ensuring timely certification for all facility-related processes,
keeping track of internal policies.

40 hour work week

Contract Details

Full time position with a 6 months probationary period
