Industrial / Manufacturing Engineer (m/f)

Your responsibilities:

Analyze and optimize existing production processes
Introduce new technologies and methods into manufacturing
Preparation of work instructions
Monitor and improve efficiency indicators
Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality department and Program Manager
Participate in projects related to automation and digitalization of production
Provide training and technical support to production teams
Assistance with internal and external audits

Your profile:

Technical education
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience or/in production
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Lean methodology
Experience with CAD tools (CATIA, AutoCAD)
Strong English proficiency, German is an advantage
Strong Excel knowledge, SAP experience is an advantage
