Job description
We are inviting a new team member to join our work environment in the position of:
Sales Specialist (m/f).
Department: Consumer Healthcare – Food Supplements
Location: 1 for Zagreb-Rijeka FS and RX, 1 for Dalmatia - FS| Full-time.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Active promotion and sales of food supplements and Rx products to key customers
- Regular visits to medical specialists
- Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships
- Delivering product presentations and providing usage guidance
- Monitoring market trends and competitive activities
- Achieving sales targets and preparing reports

Required education, knowledge and skills
We expect:
- At least a VI level of education (preferred: pharmacy, chemistry, biotechnology, nutrition, healthcare)
- Experience in field sales or promotion (preferably in the food supplements sector or pharmaceutical industry)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High motivation, proactivity, and organizational skills
- Active knowledge of Croatian and English
- Valid category B driving license
Required educationMaster's degree, Master's degree
